
Payment Procedures
Cascade Springs Payment Procedure
We are happy to place a 7-day no-obligation hold on a date for you. To confirm your wedding date by the end of the 7-day hold, we require your signed booking forms from both parties and an initial package payment of $1,000.00, which will be applied to your final balance.
The full package payment is due 6 months prior to your wedding date. If you’d like to arrange a payment plan, please let our team know, and they will coordinate this with our accounts team.
Your finalising invoice is due 21 days before your wedding date. This will include final guest numbers, beverage selections, additional venue hire, any other optional extras, and if applicable, chef-prepared meal selections.
Please note that no changes can be made less than 21 days before your wedding date.
