Guest departure times
Guests must depart by 6 pm on Sundays through
Thursdays and public holidays, and by 10 pm on
Fridays and Saturdays
Package Payment price - $2,500.00

Ceremony & Reception Package
Inclusions:
Two-night stay at the Cabin at Cascade Springs for the newlyweds
On-the-day wedding coordinator for 7-hours
RSA staff member included for 7-hours
Use of the stunning outdoor wedding locations for your ceremony
Access to the picturesque grounds for photos
Additional Option:
If cocktails are required to be mixed and served, there will be an additional fee
of $500 for an extra RSA staff member for up to 7 hours (as needed).
Guest Departure Times:
Guests must depart by 6 pm on Sundays through Thursdays &
public holidays and by 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Requirements:
Portaloos must be hired for overnight stays
Couples must have a backup weather plan, such as a marquee or similar arrangement, to ensure the event can proceed smoothly in inclement weather.
You are welcome to engage an externally insured glamping company to provide tents for your event. Overnight stays can extend until 10 am the next morning if glamping is arranged. Up to 10 people may camp, with tents spaced 3 metres apart. Tent hire companies and arrangements must be approved, with a charge of $150 per tent. A portaloo must be hired for overnight stays.
Package Payment Pricing:
$3,500 for up to 25 guests
$4,000 for up to 50 guests (includes 2 RSA staff members)

We are happy to place a 7-day no-obligation hold on a date for you. To confirm your wedding date by the end of the 7-day hold, we require your signed booking forms from both parties and an initial package payment of $1,000.00, which will be applied to your final balance.
The full package payment is due 6 months prior to your wedding date. If you’d like to arrange a payment plan, please let our team know, and they will coordinate this with our accounts team.
Your finalising invoice is due 21 days before your wedding date. This will include final guest numbers, beverage selections, additional venue hire, any other optional extras, and if applicable, chef-prepared meal selections.
Please note that no changes can be made less than 21 days before your wedding date.
*The road leading to Cascade Springs is subject to flooding during heavy rainfall. For your safety, please do not attempt to cross floodwaters under any circumstances. We recommend checking local weather conditions before traveling.
